Role Summary:

The Executive Assistant to the Chairman & Managing Director (CMD) provides critical administrative and operational support, ensuring efficient management of daily activities. This role demands multitasking, organization, and prioritization in a dynamic environment, while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Calendar Management: Coordinate and schedule appointments, meetings, and conferences for the CMD, ensuring efficient time management and prioritization.
  • Communication Management: Handle CMD&aposs communications, including screening calls, emails, and letters, and drafting responses when necessary.
  • Confidentiality: Safeguard sensitive information, ensuring documents and correspondence are handled discreetly.
  • Reports & Presentations: Prepare reports and presentations using various software tools, as required by the CMD.
  • Senior Management Coordination: Liaise with senior management to ensure the CMD is well-prepared for meetings and events.
  • Meeting Participation: Attend meetings with the CMD, document minutes, and follow up on action items.
  • Project Management: Assist the CMD with special projects, including data analysis, report generation, and recommendations.
  • Travel: Must be open to travel, with occasional visits to the plant (once/Twice a month).

Requirements:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Flexibility to work beyond regular business hours when necessary.
