- Key Responsibilities -
Lead the testing team to ensure the quality of software products.
Develop and implement testing strategies and plans.
Coordinate with other teams (development, design, sales, etc.) to ensure product quality.
Monitor and report on testing progress and results- Skills Required -
Experience with automated testing tools.
Knowledge of Agile/Scrum development methodologies.
Familiarity with programming languages such as Java, C++, or Python.
Understanding of database management and SQL.
Experience with performance and/or security testing.
Knowledge of cloud technologies like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
Familiarity with DevOps and continuous integration.
Strong problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
