Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and efficient Executive Assistant to join our team at Al Fahad Tour and Travel in the aviation industry. This is a junior-level position based in Noida, Delhi. The ideal candidate should have 1 to 3 years of relevant experience in administrative roles, especially in managing executive-level tasks.
Qualifications And Skills- Proven experience in calendar management, ensuring executive schedules are maintained efficiently.
- Strong travel coordination skills, able to arrange both domestic and international travel plans.
- Proficiency in expense reporting, including accurate and timely submission of expense claims and reports.
- Expertise in meeting coordination, from scheduling to setting up meeting rooms, and ensuring meetings run smoothly.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively interact with internal and external stakeholders.
- High attention to detail to ensure all tasks and responsibilities are executed with precision and accuracy.
- Ability to maintain strict confidentiality when handling sensitive information and documents.
- Strong problem-solving skills to address any issues that may arise swiftly and professionally.
- Manage executive calendars, including scheduling and rescheduling appointments and meetings as needed.
- Coordinate travel arrangements, including booking flights, accommodations, and ground transportation.
- Prepare and submit expense reports and ensure timely reimbursement.
- Arrange and coordinate meetings, including preparing agendas, taking minutes, and following up on action items.
- Communicate effectively with team members and external partners to facilitate smooth operations.
- Maintain a high level of confidentiality when handling sensitive company information and materials.
- Provide general administrative support to executives and assist with other tasks as required.
- Address and resolve any issues or problems that may arise during the execution of duties.
