Job Title: Adobe Illustrator Designer

Overview

The designer will collaborate closely with marketing and product teams to ensure that the visual language aligns with our overall strategy and resonates with our target audience. This role is pivotal in driving engagement through effective visual communication, thereby contributing significantly to our company's success.

• Create original graphics, illustrations, and layouts using Adobe Illustrator.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop design concepts aligned with project goals.
• Ensure consistency in visual branding across various platforms and materials.
• Develop and present design proposals to stakeholders for feedback and approvals.
• Utilize color theory and typography principles to enhance design effectiveness.
• Revise designs based on feedback while maintaining the vision of the projects.
• Stay updated with the latest design trends and tools to incorporate innovative ideas.
• Design promotional materials, including brochures, flyers, and social media graphics.
• Prepare files for print and digital use, ensuring quality and adherence to design specifications.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing to meet deadlines.
• Provide support in creating visual content for marketing campaigns.
• Maintain organized design files and documentation for easy access.
• Work with different teams to ensure designs reflect the intended message and branding.
• Participate in design critiques and offer constructive feedback to peers.
• Assist in the iteration process throughout the design lifecycle.

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or a related field.
• Proven experience as a graphic designer or illustrator.
• Strong portfolio showcasing a variety of design projects.
• Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Illustrator.
• Solid understanding of design principles and color theory.
• Ability to manage time effectively and meet tight deadlines.
• Strong communication skills to collaborate with team members and clients.
• Familiarity with print production processes.
• Knowledge of web design fundamentals is a plus.
• Detail-oriented with a passion for creativity and innovation.
• Ability to accept constructive criticism and make adjustments accordingly.
• Experience in creating illustrations for branding and marketing materials.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think critically.
• Willingness to learn new skills and techniques within the design field.
• Experience with digital marketing design is preferred.
