A Service Delivery Coordinator - Oilfield and Industrial Chemicals (OIC) will ensure flawless execution, on-time delivery, and contract adherence. You'll ensure that Baker Hughes maximizes its short- and long-term revenue and profit opportunities.You'll coordinate job activities to ensure execution in line with customer expectations and contract terms and conditions.
As a Service Delivery Coordinator - Oilfield and Industrial Chemicals (OIC), you will be responsible for:
- Conducting all activities in line with our non-negotiables, applicable processes and cultural pillars.
- Ensuring the assigned contracts/quotes are fully understood and capitalized upon.
- Coordinating and monitoring all job activities as outlined in the management of job cycle across organizational boundaries.
- Scheduling and dispatching of resources in line with job requirements.
- Meeting with clients for job preparation, execution and close out.
- Ensuring invoice is in line with contract/quote, with no revenue leakage and timely collection of cash
- Understanding of P&L of the project securing the revenue, upselling and the cost Out.
- Demonstrating the ability to manage and execute multiple customer projects to successful completion
- Attending field trials when required.
- Protecting the health and safety of our personnel and the environment.
Fuel your passion
To Be Successful In This Role You Will- Have a bachelor's degree in a relevant engineering discipline.
- Have 5+ years of experience in oil & Gas production chemicals
- Have a -proven ability to deal with senior customer management.
- Demonstrate experience working in a team-focused environment.
- Have excellent verbal and written communication skills, including formal presentations.
