IT Infrastructure manager

Job Description

Summary:

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in cloud management, application integration, vendor management, and cybersecurity, with a proven track record in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain 100% cloud-based infrastructure (AWS, Azure, GCP), ensuring high availability and security.
• Lead the implementation, integration, and optimization of ERP, SFA, DMS, Chemist Software, LIMS, HRMS, and cloud analytics.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for IT vendors, managing contracts and SLAs.
• Implement and enforce IT security policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with industry regulations (GMP, HIPAA, GDPR).
• Support the integration of AI and LLM-powered tools for data analytics and automation.
• Manage disaster recovery and business continuity planning.
• Ensure data lake connectivity and support BI platforms.

Qualifications:

• 5-10 years of IT infrastructure experience, preferably in pharma or healthcare.
• Strong knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Hands-on experience with ERP, CRM, DMS, HRMS, and SaaS applications.
• Proven experience in vendor management, IT governance, and compliance.
• Working knowledge of API integrations, cybersecurity, and cloud networking.
• Exposure to data analytics, LLM-powered insights, and AI-driven automation.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Technology (B.E./B.Tech.).
• Strong communication and leadership skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in a regulated environment (pharma, healthcare).
• Knowledge of data privacy laws (HIPAA, GDPR, DPDP Act India).
• Relevant IT certifications (AWS, Azure, ITIL, CISSP).
