- Ensure all assigned mandatory trainings related to data integrity, health, and safety measures are completed on time by all members of the team including self
- Compliance to Syngene s quality standards at all times
- Experience in purification methods like affinity, GFC, IEX , HIC, IMAC
- Knowledge of protein analytics SDS PAGE, endotoxin measurements, analytics,SE HPLC
- Expertise in troubleshooting purification methods
- Development of new methods of purification for tagless protein
- Good documentation practice.
Leadership Capabilities: Good scientific communication skills.

- Education: M.Sc in Biotech/Microbiology/Biochemistry
Skills and Capabilities: Experience in protein purification, instrument handling AKTA, HPLC, Spectrophotometer.
