Job Description
Working Days: - Monday to Saturday
Initiate and conduct cold calls to potential clients to introduce company products or services.
Follow up on leads and convert prospects into customers.
Travel to meet clients and prospects as necessary to establish and strengthen relationships.
Plan, execute, and monitor email campaigns to generate leads and maintain client engagement.
Visit clients to understand their requirements and present suitable solutions
Identify and qualify potential sales leads through online research, inbound inquiries, and outbound calls.
Maintain a database of leads and ensure timely follow-ups.
Provide updates on leads, opportunities, and customer interactions.
Maintain a strong understanding of the company's products or services and the competitive landscape.
Address client issues and ensure customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
Proven experience in inside sales, telemarketing, or customer service roles.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships over the
phone or online.
Self-motivated and target-driven, with a proven ability to meet and exceed sales quotas.
Excellent negotiation and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
