Senior Business Analyst
Job Description
7T is looking for a Senior Business Analyst that will create (Business Requirements Documents) BRDs in support of a client projects. The role of the Senior Business Analyst will be a client-facing lead to facilitate the delivery of innovative, high-quality solutions on schedule.
Responsibilities:
With authority and clarity of purpose, you will conduct JAD (Joint Application Design) sessions with clients to extract business, UI and data requirements
Use the BRDs you have written to create Epics, User Stories, Acceptance Criteria, etc. in Jira and work with our Development team to ensure they understand requirements correctly
Create detailed client process-flows (using Lucid.app) to be used as the basis for delivery of Requirement and Statement of Work documents
Conduct meetings with our Development and QA teams to explain client requirements & client business processes to them.
Gather and document data requirements for the project and create high-level data schema for the project.
Skills / Requirements
10+ years of experience as a Business Analyst
Experience in the creation of detailed BRDs (Business Requirements Documents)
Agile/Scrum Development management experience
Experience with Agile software development methodologies and processes. Ability to prune Backlogs and create Sprint Plans
Ability to write SQL queries and a solid understanding of relational databases- Bachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Management & Information Sciences (MIS), Finance, or Business
