- Conduct in-depth research to understand the needs and challenges of prospective clients and propose tailored solutions.
- Client Relationship Management
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to increase retention and loyalty.
- Schedule regular meetings and follow-ups with clients to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and gather feedback for improvement.
- Sales and Revenue Growth
- Drive the sales pipeline by meeting or exceeding monthly and quarterly targets.
- Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to develop and execute strategies for promoting products and services to potential clients.
- Market Research and Analysis
- Conduct regular market research to identify emerging trends, new markets, and competitors.
- Provide insights to the team based on data and analysis, adjusting strategies to meet market demands
