Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Senior Manager of Learning & Development to lead our L&D initiatives and drive organizational development strategies. The role involves designing and implementing comprehensive learning programs that align with business objectives and enhance employee capabilities across all levels.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute the organization&aposs L&D strategy in alignment with business goals and objectives
Lead a team of L&D professionals and manage the overall functioning of the L&D department
Design and implement innovative learning solutions including blended learning programs, e-learning modules, and instructor-led training
Partner with business leaders to identify skill gaps and create targeted development programs
Manage the L&D budget and optimize resource allocation
Establish metrics and KPIs to measure the effectiveness of learning initiatives
Drive leadership development programs and succession planning initiatives
Oversee the learning management system (LMS) and other learning technology platforms
Build and maintain relationships with external training partners and vendors
Required Qualifications:
Master&aposs degree in human resources, Organizational Development, or related field- 12 years of experience in L&D, with at least 4 years in a managerial role
Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design
Experience with learning management systems and e-learning authoring tools
Excellent project management and budgeting skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Outstanding communication and presentation skills
Experience in creating and managing digital learning content
Preferred Qualifications:
Professional certifications in L&D or Training.
Experience in a multinational corporate environment
Knowledge of emerging L&D trends and technologies
Experience with data analytics and reporting tools
