Job Description

We at C3IT Solutions a SAXON Company are looking for Project Manager who has at least 8-10 years of experience handling Cybersecurity related projects. We are looking for immediate Joiners.

Must have:

• 8-10 years in IT project management into Information Security projects
• Good understanding of Cybersecurity concepts (CIS, Active Directory, Firewalls etc.)
• Proven experience as a Project Manager with a focus on Cyber Security roadmap and CIS controls assessment implementation, encompassing at least 8 years of experience in projects
• Previous experience in managing Cyber Security projects in a similar scale organization
• Experience of working on or supporting complex programs.
• Knowledge of project management methodologies Able to act independently and as a top-level contributor in resolving project strategy, scope, and direction
• Proficient with Office tools, Excel, Power Bi, PowerPoint, MS Teams
• Any certification in Cybersecurity will be an added advantage.
• Familiarity with MS Project and ServiceNow will be an added advantage.

Scope of Work

Main tasks and responsibilities are the following:

• Manages assigned IT projects to ensure adherence to budget, schedule, and scope of project.
• Develops, maintains, and revises proposals for assigned projects including project objectives, technologies, systems, information specifications, timelines, funding, and staffing.
• Sets and tracks project milestones; manages and accounts for unforeseen delays, then realigns schedules and expectations as needed.
• Establishes and implements project communication plans, providing status updates to affected staff and stakeholders.
• Collects, analyzes, and summarizes information and trends to prepare project status reports.
• Update PMIS and create project documents
• Present the project status at various forums
• Performs other related duties as assigned
• Facilitate technical decisions and technical conversations. Challenge proposed solutions. Ensure a final technical decision taken aligned between different stakeholders
