ؠWorked as a Senior HR in the organization with 1000+ employees

ؠHandled HR team size of 5 and more

ؠ15+ years experience in human resources department

ؠ10+ years experience in a HR leadership position

ؠStrong understanding of the interviewing process, benefits administration, payroll and other HR functions

ؠPHR certification a plus

ؠExcellent communication, leadership and planning skills. The person will be handling the complete HR gamut.

ؠHas formulated and implemented HR policies.

ؠShould have introduced and implemented any HRMS extensively.

ؠShould have implemented a Performance Review system successfully over a period of minimum 5+ years in a single company.

ؠShould have capability to identify the requirement of resources competency and accordingly should be able to get right resources with specific time period.

ؠHR Automation [Implementing HR software]

ؠHands on person who has the ability to architect the HR Infrastructure and drive change initiatives.

ؠShould have team and partner building capabilities to fulfil positions effectively and quickly.

ؠShould have ability to brand the company values in right directions so as to attract excellent talent at right cost.

ؠAble to actively contribute and participate in management initiatives.

ؠStrong and effective communicator with an ability to deal with all levels of employees

ؠAbility to influence senior management and provide thought leadership.

ؠShould have excellent understanding of labour laws across India

ؠShould have strong understanding of IT industry trends, manpower availability and cost, and should have worked on budgets along with financial team.

ؠShould be able to manage the administration and work related requirements of the teams.

ؠHeaded a team of HR executives for all HR activities.

ؠShould be able to create a right capability matrix along with department heads and should be able to plan training programs for skill development and motivational training after discussions with the project and the product managers and other managers.

ؠShould be patient, soft spoken and mature to manage employee grievances satisfactorily.

ؠShould be able to plan employee engagement activities

ؠShould be able work with Finance for planning budgets and ensure the employees are motivated to generate wealth and earn from that.

ؠContinuously improve employee engagement, performance, retention, and experience

ؠProactively review and analyze business data to identify trends and recommend improvements to business efficiency and performance

ؠWe would prefer you to have experience in the technology space in doing all of the above.

Responsibilities

ؠCreate and implement employee relations policies to help increase employees job satisfaction.

ؠEstablish an orientation procedure for onboarding new hires and training them to meet the needs of the company.

ؠCommunicate with employees about compensation, benefits, and other facets of their employment.

ؠRespond to questions or complaints from employees in a timely fashion.

ؠManage all other HR department personnel.

ؠActs as a bridge between employees and management.

Desired Experience

Overall experience of 15+ years working in the Software development company.

Having MBA degree in HR.

Ability to adopt process approach to solve a problem.

Strong appreciation of technology.

Excellent communication and high on aptitude.
