The Job:

Our client is seeking a proactive Real Estate Sales Manager to join our team in Bengaluru. This is a full-time, mid-level position that involves managing and converting leads generated by the marketing team, conducting site visits, and closing bookings.

The candidate will work in a fast-paced environment, collaborating with top developers and leveraging our industry expertise.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Engage with leads generated by the marketing team, providing detailed information about our projects to prospective clients.
  • Convince potential buyers to schedule site visits by effectively communicating the benefits and features of our properties.
  • Conduct site visits for prospects, addressing all relevant queries, and ensuring a high-quality experience throughout the process.
  • Drive sales by closing bookings and meeting set targets, while maintaining strong customer relationships.
  • Collaborate with developers and internal teams to align on project updates and sales strategies.
  • Promote our properties through various channels and maintain a positive brand image in the market.
  • Provide regular feedback to the marketing and management team on lead quality and market trends.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to maintain a competitive edge.

  • Proven expertise in real estate sales, particularly in the residential sector, is mandatory for success in this role. (Mandatory skill)

  • Demonstrated leadership skills to guide and motivate the sales team towards achieving targets and goals.

  • Experience advising clients on property investments and assisting them in making informed decisions.
  • Ability to handle objections and queries during site visits to ensure customer satisfaction and confidence.
