Key Role & Responsibilities: Role Description This is a full
-time on-site role for an Associate- Inside Sales located in Bengaluru & Noida.
- Inside Sales will be responsible for daily activities such as lead generation, account management, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Inside Sales is also expected to provide exceptional customer service.
Experience in Inside Sales, Account Management, and Lead Generation
Ability to provide exceptional customer service and ensure high customer satisfaction levels
Experience in the education industry or ed-tech space is a plus
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work effectively in a team environment
Proficient in English & Hindi Spoken Language
Strong organization, planning, and time management skills
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, or a related field
Please Note:-This role is focused for 2022 & 2023 graduated candidates
- 1 Year of hardcore sales experience will work
This job requires F2F Interview only with next day joining (No Virtual Round)
Relevant skills and qualifications for the role include customer relationship management, communication skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and a positive attitude.
