Job Overview
As an Associate Customer Support Technician, you will provide world-class customer service while troubleshooting basic technical issues and escalating complex problems to higher-level technicians. You will interact with customers through phone, chat, or email, helping them resolve issues related to our software products, ensuring a seamless user experience.
Key Responsibilities
Provide empathetic, efficient, and professional customer service
Effectively communicate and simplify complex technical concepts for customers
Utilize resources to gather details, perform research, and troubleshoot issues
Work across multiple support channels: phone, email, and chat
Accurately diagnose and resolve technical issues with our insurance software
Adhere to departmental procedures and ensure all interactions are documented in the CRM system
Continuously participate in training programs to enhance product knowledge
Identify, escalate, and document complex problems for higher-level technicians
Contribute to knowledge base articles and provide feedback on existing documentation
Participate in product testing activities when required
Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by delivering top-tier service
What Were Looking For
Education: Associate degree or higher preferredExperience: Prior experience in customer service, technical support, or helpdesk roles is preferred but not required
