Role Description
This is a full time role for a Marketing Manager - Real Estate at Townmanor Technologies P-Ltd. The Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing marketing strategies, analyzing market trends, creating promotional materials, and coordinating marketing campaigns.This is an on-site role located in Noida.
The most responsibility of the marketing manager is to bring property dealers and developers onbord them in our newly launched proptech platform.The marketing manager to ensure sufficient number of property dealers and developers are registering on our platform for their real estate sale or rent leads.The marketing manager to coordinate with tech team for the marketing support.
Qualifications- Marketing Strategy, Market Analysis, and Campaign Coordination skills
- Content Creation and Copywriting skills
- Digital Marketing and Social Media Management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of real estate industry trends
- Bachelor&aposs degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
