Your role and responsibilities
We are seeking highly motivated and innovative Sales professionals who are eager to join ABB now or in the future. This is an excellent opportunity to join our talent pool and be considered for upcoming sales roles across regions and technologies.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to be responsible for the sales of products/systems/services within a designated market/division, in line with the division strategy. Each day, you will achieve both qualitative and quantitative sales targets to ensure sustainable order growth, revenues, profitability, market share, and customer satisfaction.You will also showcase your expertise by identifying and developing new sales opportunities.
The work model for the role is: Onsite
This role is contributing to the various Business Areas and Divisions of ABB across multiple locations in India
You will be mainly accountable for:- Communicating to the customers about details related to delivery time, payments, and general terms and conditions, in line with ABB’s offering and strategy.
- Ensuring efficient marketing activities and communicates value proposition to customers.
- Identifying and driving the development of new market opportunities in the designated market.
- Managing administrative procedures in sales processes and supports cash collection and project management activities, when needed.
- Diploma/bachelor’s degree in engineering (Electrical/Electrical & Electronics/ Electronics & Communications/ Instrumentation or related disciplines).
- 2-15 years of experience in Sales and Marketing roles from any of these below skills.
- Experience in
- 1. LV (MCC, PCC, Panels) and MV Switchgears (GIS, AIS)
- 2. HT or high voltage rotating machines/motors,
- 3. Variable Frequency Drives (Low/Medium Voltage VFDs),
- 4. Motors and Generators (LT and HT)
- 5. Drives, High Power Drive Modules
- 6. Panel builder, retail sales,
- 7. DCS, PLC, Scada, Analyzer, Excitation, Field Instrumentation
- Ensuring efficient marketing activities and communicates value proposition to customers along with identifying and driving the development of new market opportunities in the designated market.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills.
- Willingness to travel or relocate as per project requirement.
