About the Role:
We are seeking anApplication Engineerwith experience in diesel engine development and validation for off-road construction equipment. The ideal candidate will play a key role in testing and optimizing engine performance while collaborating with a team of experts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, execute, and documentdevelopment and validation testsfor diesel engines.
- Analyze engine performance and reliability data, and provide actionable recommendations.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues during engine development and testing phases.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet technical and performance goals.
- Stay updated on the latest industry trends and technologies.
Required Qualifications:
- Educational Background:Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Engineering, or related field.
- Experience:2-4 years of hands-on experience with diesel engines, especially in the off-road construction equipment industry.
- Skills:
- Strong understanding of diesel engine systems and components.
- Ability to plan, conduct, and analyze tests for engine performance and durability.
- Basic knowledge of tools like MATLAB/Simulink, AVL PUMA, or other engine testing tools (preferred).
