Job Description

Quality inspectors examine incoming raw materials such as metals, alloys, sand, and other supplies to ensure they meet the specifications outlined for the Quality inspectors

They monitor various stages of the production process to ensure that casting, molding, and other manufacturing processes are performed correctly and consistently. This may involve conducting visual inspections, measurements, and tests to identify any deviations from the required standards.

Inspectors verify the dimensions, shapes, and surface finishes of castings using measuring instruments and visual inspection techniques. They check for defects such as cracks, porosity, shrinkage, and other imperfections that could affect the quality of the final product.
