The successful candidate will be responsible for managing both human resource functions and client accounts to ensure the smooth operation of our organization. Job description :
Responsible for development of Business plans & sales funnel
Serve as the primary point of contact for client accounts, maintaining strong relationships and addressing their needs and concerns in a timely manner.
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates for both internal positions and client projects.
Conduct regular client meetings to assess project progress, discuss deliverables, and identify opportunities for upselling additional services.
Develop and implement effective employee retention strategies to foster a positive work environment and ensure client satisfaction.
Handle employee relations matters, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and grievance procedures, while maintaining client confidentiality.
Administer employee benefits programs for internal staff and ensure compliance with statutory regulations.
Prepare and maintain accurate client accounts, including invoicing, billing, and financial reporting, in coordination with the finance department.
Collaborate with department managers to address staffing needs for client projects and ensure alignment with business objectives.
Provide timely and accurate HR reports, client status updates, and financial analysis to management as needed.
Stay Updated On The Latest HR Trends, Best Practices, And Digital Marketing Strategies To Enhance Service Offerings And Drive Client Satisfaction. Experience And Expertise
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration,Minimum of 1 year of experience in human resources and/or account Marketing, or a related field. management roles.
Strong understanding of HR principles, practices, and procedures.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities.
Proactive problem solver with a customer-oriented mindset.
Knowledge of labour laws, regulations, and compliance requirements.
HR certification (e.g., PHR, SHRM-CP) and/or account management certification is a plus. Functional and Behaviour Skills:
