Sales & Marketing - Domestic

Grade : Tier 3
BU : L&T Rubber Processing Machinery (LTRPM)

Experience : 25 yrs. - 30 yrs.

Job Duties / Responsibilities:

Business Development (Direct & Channel Sales) - Sales & Marketing Management with a proven track record - from Engineering Industry.

To increase the market share of the product/offering inline with the organizational strategies & goals.

International Sales & Marketing: Managing international marketing of products right from enquiry generation to execution. Identifying and developing potential clients in international market generating business through national / international exhibitions and achieving export targets.

Tapping profitable business opportunities and position products as per market needs. Hands-on experience in Business development of Engineering Capital Goods in geographically diverse markets such as European Union, Japan, Russia etc.

Key Account Management: Expanding the existing client base and offering optimum services to existing ones for achieving sales targets and customer satisfaction levels. Understanding client requirement & expectation and working out suitable business solutions.

Interfacing with the clients for suggesting the most viable product and cultivating relations for securing repeat business.

Contract Management - Managing Domestic & International Contracts with an effective experience right from High Value Capital Product to Turnkey Power Projects through Need Analysis, Strategic Conditions/Contacts Management, Risk Assessment, Negotiation, Service/Delivery Management, Contract Administration, and Contract Exit Strategy etc.

Team Management: Imparting /organizing training programs for achieving pre planned business targets. Leading, training & monitoring the performance of team members to ensure efficiency in operations and meeting of individual & group targets. Good communication & management skills - effective leader & motivator.
