Talent Acquisition Executive
Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Talent Acquisition Executive with 1 year of experience to join our recruitment team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in sourcing, screening, and hiring top talent across various departments while ensuring a seamless candidate experience and alignment with organizational hiring goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Sourcing Candidates: Use job boards, social media, networking, and recruitment platforms to identify and engage potential candidates.Screening & Shortlisting: Conduct initial phone screenings, assess resumes, and shortlisting candidates for interviews based on job specifications.
Interview Coordination: Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers, ensuring smooth communication between candidates and internal teams.
Candidate Engagement: Maintain clear and consistent communication with candidates throughout the hiring process, providing information on the role, the company, and the recruitment timeline.
Employer Branding: Promote the company as an employer of choice through various channels and represent the company positively in all interactions with potential candidates.
Job Postings & Advertisements: Create, post, and manage job advertisements on various platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, Indeed, company career page).Database Management: Maintain and update candidate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
Collaborate with Hiring Managers: Work closely with hiring managers to understand hiring needs, job requirements, and interview processes.
Onboarding Assistance: Assist in the onboarding process by ensuring new hires are properly prepared for their first day, facilitating paperwork, and coordinating orientations.
Recruitment Reporting: Prepare and share regular reports on recruitment progress, candidate pipelines, and other key metrics.
Requirements:
1 year of experience in talent acquisition, recruitment, or a related field.
6 days working with weekly offs.
Strong understanding of recruitment processes and sourcing techniques.
Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and job boards.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
A proactive attitude with a passion for talent acquisition and employee engagement.
Preferred Skills:
Knowledge of social media recruiting strategies.
Experience working with recruitment marketing tools.
Ability to effectively manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
