*RESPONSIBILITIES*
- Outbound Calls –
- Make outbound calls to prospective and existing clients to introduce mutual fund products and services.
- Follow up with clients who have shown interest in mutual funds.
- Inbound Calls –
- Handle incoming inquiries regarding mutual fund products and services.
- Targets -Achieve the targets towards calling on the given data.
- Customer Relationship Manager and Data Management -
- Maintain a database of customer information.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Provide personalized service to high-value customers.
- Update customer records with accurate and timely information.
