Job Summary:
We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Inside Sales Executive to join our dynamic sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales of our educational products and services, engaging with potential students through various communication channels, and converting inquiries into enrollments.Your primary goal will be to meet and exceed sales targets while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
- Sales Responsibilities:
- Identify and engage potential students through outbound calls, emails, and social media outreach.
- Conduct sales calls and presentations to prospective clients, effectively communicating the value of our programs.
- Manage the sales pipeline and track progress toward sales goals.
- Follow up on leads and inquiries in a timely manner to maximize conversion rates.
- Customer Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and current students.
- Provide excellent customer service and support throughout the enrollment process.
- Address any concerns or questions that may arise during the sales process.
- Reporting and Administration:
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and student interactions.
- Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports for management review.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align sales strategies with promotional campaigns.
Requirements
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in any field preferred.
- 1-3 years of experience in inside sales or tele-sales (preferably in the education sector).
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and MS Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently and meet sales targets.
- Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
Office Timings: 10 AM - 6:30 PM
