Job Description

.

• lead programs management at various stages of their lifecycle
• planning, multiple concurrently running digital transformation programs & projects of varied nature
• software, solutions, automation, data, and analytics etc.

• Take accountability for to ensure the programs realize financial benefits and transformational outcomes.
• Work across cross-functional partners (digital, analytics, architects, business analysts etc.)
• To identify scope, constraints, dependencies, risks, and timelines across programs.
• Manage project conflicts, challenges, dynamic business requirements to keep operations running at high performance.

• A bachelor&rsquos degree in business, Administration, or a related field
• Lean /GB trained and tested (certified preferred)
• Proficient Knowledge of MS Office Excel, PPT, Word
• Ability to quickly learn, understand and work with new and emerging technologies, methodologies, and solutions.

• Proven track record of reaching and exceeding goals
• A team player and collaborator
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills, good at work under pressure.
• Ability to work with cross cultural teams - Be sensitive and aware of what is acceptable behavior across diverse cultures/ethnic groups/religions etc.
• Experience in working with global/cross-cultural clients and cross functional teams.
• Resourceful: Ability to build and maintain expert network structure/contacts within Genpact to resolve challenges and influence all the internal/external parties involved in executing the contract
• Curious: Have a high curiosity quotient and continuously look for opportunities to learn.
