Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include: 1. Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues via email, chat, and phone in a timely and professional manner 2. Work closely with the fulfillment team to ensure orders are processed and shipped on time 3.
Monitor social media channels and engage with customers by responding to comments, messages, and reviews 4. Create and publish content on social media platforms to increase engagement and brand awareness 5.
