JOB SUMMARY

As a Talent Acquisition professional, you will play a critical role in developing and executing talent acquisition strategies aligned with business goals, will focus on building and maintaining a strong talent pipeline by identifying key capabilities for the future and delivering on short-, medium-, and long-term hiring needs.

Your role will involve defining sourcing strategies, driving innovation, and fostering collaboration across HR, Talent Acquisition, and business teams to ensure the successful delivery of recruitment goals and alignment with global strategies.

RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Be responsible for the end-to-end Talent Acquisition process within a designated area.
  • The candidate must have worked in manufacturing set up.
  • You&aposll partner with the business to identify what great talent looks like and fill vacancies with the right people, with the right capability and skills in a timely and cost-efficient manner.
  • Build a pipeline of qualified leads to meet both current and anticipated business needs.
  • Be aligned with Global Recruitment and country policies/guidelines.
  • Foster relationships with your team and business by providing consultation, project management and service delivery.
  • Assist the line managers with the analysis of each recruitment channel, including employee referral scheme, job boards, social networks, emails, events, ads, various sites, and campaigns.
  • Conduct market mapping of selected roles.
  • Weekly data update to hiring manager.
  • Providing data/hiring updates to stakeholders & team for reporting.

Knowledge, Skills and Experience

Essential:

  • Collaborating with functional teams as needed
  • Minimum 6 years experience in Hiring specifically Manufacturing background.
  • Good Communication
  • Strong knowledge of Automotive industry
Desired
  • Strong knowledge of MS Office

Role Specific Qualifications:

Bachelor&aposs degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field required; Master&aposs degree in HR or MBA preferred
