Maintaining visitor log register.Receive and distribute incoming mail, packages, and deliveries.Assisting with photocopying, scanning and other office task.Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked front desk area.Assist with event setup, hospitality, and other related tasksTroubleshooting and resolving any issues or problems that arise, referring more complex inquiries to the appropriate department or manager.Collaborating with management on process improvements and best practices.
