Job Summary:

  • We are seeking an experienced Senior Sales executive to join our team and contribute to the growth of our Safety Products division. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, specifically in the field of industrial products. The Sales Executive will establish and nurture client relationships, identify business opportunities, and meet sales targets.

Key Activities & Responsibilities:

  • Identify prospect potential clients in industries requiring industrial safety products, such as manufacturing, construction, energy, and more.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, addressing their needs and providing solutions based on our product offerings.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitor activities, and use this information to develop effective sales strategies
  • Prepare and deliver product presentations and demonstrations to clients, highlighting our safety products features, benefits, and value proposition.
  • Understand client requirements and customize product offerings to meet their specific needs, providing quotations and proposals as necessary.
  • Negotiate terms and close sales deals, ensuring both customer satisfaction and company profitability
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials, campaigns, and strategies to enhance brand visibility and generate leads.
  • Keep track of sales activities, maintain accurate records, and provide regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and customer feedback
  • Participate in industry events, trade shows, and conferences to network, promote products, and stay updated on market developments.
  • Provide after-sales support, address customer inquiries and concerns, and coordinate with other departments to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
  • Stay informed about industry regulations and standards related to industrial safety products and communicate these to clients as needed.

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field.

Experience:

  • Proven track record of 3 to 7 years in sales, preferably in the field of industrial safety products and micro-electrical products.

Required Skills and Capabilities:

  • Strong knowledge of industrial products, micro-electrical products.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with clients and internal teams.
  • Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and results-driven.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
  • Willingness to travel as needed to meet clients and attend industry events.
  • Understanding industry regulations and safety standards is a plus.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
Working Days: Monday to Saturday
