• Provide overall direction, oversight, and coaching for a team of entry-level to mid-level software engineers that work on basic to moderately complex tasks
• Be accountable for decisions that influence teams resources, budget, tactical operations, and the execution and implementation of processes and procedures
• Ensures successful collaboration across teams and stakeholders
• Identifies and mitigates issues to execute a book of work while escalating issues as necessary
• Provides input to leadership regarding budget, approach, and technical considerations to improve operational efficiencies and functionality for the team
• Creates a culture of diversity, equity, inclusion, and respect for team members and prioritizes diverse representation

• Formal training or certification on software engineering concepts and 5+ years applied experience. In addition, 2 + years of experience leading technologists to manage and solve complex technical items within your domain of expertise
• Experience leading teams and managing SAP projects and programs
• Ability to guide and coach teams on approach to achieve goals aligned against a set of strategic initiatives
• Experience with hiring, developing, and recognizing talent
• In-depth knowledge of the services industry and their IT systems
• Design, develop, and implement custom SAP S/4HANA applications and enhancements.
• Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements.
• Develop technical specifications and ensure alignment with business objectives.
• Perform system configuration, testing, and troubleshooting to ensure optimal performance.
• Integrate SAP S/4HANA with other systems and third-party applications.
• Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards.

• Proven experience as an SAP S/4HANA Developer or similar role with strong knowledge of architecture and development tools.
• Proficiency in ABAP programming and SAP Fiori/UI5 development.
• Experience with SAP modules such as FI, CO, MM, SD, or others is a plus.
• Familiarity with SAP integration technologies (e.g., SAP PI/PO, IDocs, BAPIs).
• Experience with SAP HANA database and CDS views.
• Knowledge of Agile development methodologies.
• SAP certification in S/4HANA development or related are plus
