Inside Sales Specialist - Edtech Sales

What will you do:

In this role, you will work with a motivated team to drive conversions for programs. Your job responsibilities will include:

  • Meet or exceed sales targets on a monthly basis.
  • Identify the needs of prospects & recommend them prospects for programs through outbound calls.
  • Close sales over the phone by demonstrating the value of our products.
  • Build and maintain relationships with prospects through effective communication and follow-up
  • Stay up to date on industry trends and new product offerings

CTC: 5-7.3LPA Fixed plus Incentive.

Competencies:

  • 1-5 years of experience in inside sales
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients
  • Proficiency in using CRM and sales tools
  • Self-starter with a strong work ethic and ability to work independently
  • A bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field is required.
