Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Define and communicate the product vision, strategy, and roadmap in alignment with

company goals.

Collaborate with engineering, design, and business teams to build and deliver high-impact

features.

Conduct market research, gather customer insights, and analyze competitive trends to inform

product decisions.

Prioritize product backlogs, ensuring alignment with business objectives and customer needs.

Monitor product performance using key metrics, identifying areas for improvement and driving

iteration.

Facilitate clear communication and collaboration across stakeholders, ensuring timely delivery

of product milestones.

Requirements:

5+ years of experience in product management, preferably in AI or technology-driven

domains.

Proven track record of launching and managing successful products.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience using data to inform decisions.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.

Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.

Ability to work effectively in a remote, fast-paced startup environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

Background in AI/ML-driven products or SaaS platforms.

Hands-on experience with product analytics tools like Mixpanel, Amplitude, or similar.

Understanding of UX principles and user-centered design practices.

MBA or equivalent experience in a product leadership role
