Location : Pune, Yerwada (5 Days working)

• 100% compliance for TDS (quarterly filing) and GST (quarterly filing)
• GST credits tacking and follow-ups - ensure we're getting 100% credit of the B2B expenses
• Monthly, Quarterly, Annual cadence of each compliance
• APR filing, MSME filing, IEC renewal, Annual audited financials, etc.
• India + US
• Audit liaison for quarterly audits
• Payroll - Variable and incentive aggregation and respective accounting and reflection in MIS
• US Accounting
• Xero - 0 unreconciled items and in-sync with MIS and actuals
• incl. Receivables summary
• US Compliances - Data sharing with AVA LLP
• US Compliances
• Direct taxes
• nexus, jurisdiction and filing (GA, PA, NJ) at right frequency US
• amortizations, credit notes and write-offs mgmt
• Maintaining & syncing ledger with businesses/vendors that are frequent
• US India monthly transfers
• Accounting complexities - Salary advances, Gratuity refunds/fund planning, Relocation recovery, ancillary revenue, VAS revenue

• Liaising with CA, CS
• MSA renewal, with ALP transfer pricing (India to US) - annual
• Income tax management - across India & US
• MIS and accounting books to match - incl. amortization and resource (tech/product, R&D) capitalization
• Annual - AOP creation, maintenance and tracking against MIS - dept wise quarterly review
• Team wise budgets, their tracking and optimization (e.g. ask questions when cabs are being paid for, but not used optimally)
• Maintain Investor MIS and Reporting
• US - CPA consultations on our ALP strategy and other items + others like US payroll tax-saving, etc.
• Debt management: Administering loan agreements for company borrowings and collecting moneys owed to the company from customers
• Cash flow statements
• FCF statement, Cash cycle
• This includes forecasting cash flow needs, planning for foreign currency needs in advance, and alerting upper management for cash flow deficiencies
• Treasury - FD, etc. - financial planning with Directors
• Banking (3 banks) relationship - Forex rate, day-to-day relationship, etc.
• SaaS expenses
• annual contract tracking, incl.

• 15 vendors
• Cost control - approving each expense and ensuring that it's as per policy

Qualification -

1. 10 years experience in Finance/Controls/Accounting
