Job Description :

The role requires strong leadership skills, exceptional analytical abilities, and a deep understanding of marketing and digital advertising.

Roles & Responsibilities :

• Lead and mentor a team of international optimization specialists, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement
• Develop and implement optimization strategies that improve the performance of our marketing campaigns.
• Analyze data and provide insights to inform our marketing strategies and improve our overall performance.
• Annual/Quarterly and Monthly planning with brands
• Identify and implement process improvements that optimize our operations and improve efficiency.
• Ensure delivery on business KPIs and efficiency metrics
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, and expectations are set right and met
• Mentor team members, providing guidance and support to help them achieve their full potential.

Eligibility Criteria :

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 8 to 10+ years of experience in ecommerce digital marketing, with a focus on optimization and performance improvement in international geographies (preferred platforms are FB, Insta, Google, Youtube, Snapchat, Tiktok)
• Minimum a 6 years team leading experience
• In-depth knowledge of full funnel of an ecommerce website and scale up through performance campaigns
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Prior start up experience (founder/core team) preferred
• Self-directed and capable of working in a fast-paced environment
• Project Management and multitasking
