About the Role

We are seeking a talented and experienced Web Designer to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for the entire design lifecycle of our websites, from initial concept to final handoff to development. You will work closely with stakeholders to understand project goals and user needs, and then translate those requirements into beautiful, functional, and responsive websites.

• Collaborate with project managers, content creators, and developers to design and implement user-centered websites.
• Conduct user research and analysis to inform design decisions.
• Develop creative and innovative website concepts aligned with brand identity and user experience (UX) best practices.
• Create high-fidelity mockups, wireframes, user flows, process flows, and sitemaps using industry-standard design tools (Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Premiere, Canva, Figma, Adobe XD, etc.).
• Develop rapid prototypes using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Ensure website designs are responsive and function flawlessly across all devices (desktop, tablet, mobile).
• Implement best practices for accessibility and SEO.
• Stay up-to-date on the latest web design trends and technologies.

• Proven experience as a Web Designer with a strong portfolio showcasing your design skills.
• Solid understanding of user interface (UI) and UX design principles.
• Expertise in color theory, creative concept development, responsive design, typography, and icon development.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and ideally some knowledge of animation tools like Flash.
• Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for rapid prototyping.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to problem-solve creatively and effectively.
• A keen eye for detail and a passion for creating high-quality work.
• Strong Visual Design Skills:Ability to create visually appealing designs that effectively communicate the brand message and engage users.
• Attention to Detail:A meticulous approach to design, ensuring that every element is polished and aligns with the overall vision.
• Time Management Skills:Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines without compromising quality.
• Understanding of Web Analytics:Familiarity with tools like Google Analytics to assess user behavior and inform design improvements.
• Basic Knowledge of Content Management Systems (CMS):Experience with platforms like WordPress, Shopify, or similar to understand how designs will be implemented.
• Collaboration with Developers:Experience working closely with developers to ensure designs are feasible and implemented accurately.
• Adaptability:Willingness to learn new tools and technologies as the web design landscape evolves.
• User-Centric Mindset:A strong focus on user needs and behaviors, ensuring that designs enhance the overall user experience.
