Job Description

• Educational Qualification and Experience:

Graduation/ Diploma/ Degree in Engineering (Non Engineers with relevant experience may also be considered)

Should possess minimum of 3 years experience in Material Management (procurement and stores).

Air conditioning Industry experience is mandatory.

Should possess strong store Management & negotiation skills.

• Salary Package: 2 3 Lacs/ annum
• Duties and Responsibilities:*

Store Management of Air Conditioners and its related products.

All Functions related to Logistic Activities.

Inward and outward controlling of material on daily basis with close monitoring.

Coordination with parties in case material received short, excess and or damaged.

Keep track of slow moving /non-moving stock and manage the same appropriately.

Other tasks as assigned from time to time.

Supply of procured material to client sites.

Maintain stock register & record the goods order and received.

Timely and cost effective procurement of capital items/ spares/ consumables and services

Floating RFQs and comparing the quotations on techno-commercial basis

Evaluating vendor performance on quality, delivery, technical assistance, after-sales services, and compliance of safety norms so on.

Coordinating cross-functionally for on-time delivery and resolution of any urgency.

Reducing overall supply chain cost by developing substitute of OEM vendors, indigenous development of materials and alternative vendor development.

Maintenance of supplier data by Preparation of monthly MIS reports.

Daily reports submission.

Pay: 11,

• 72 - 25,969.24 per month
