We are exploring a highly talented, Knowledgeable, and experienced leader to drive the Claims Center of Excellence (COE).You will focus on driving process excellence and innovation in the claims horizon, bringing best practices and internal controls to attain an industry-best claims department and improving things.
This is a significant role. You will set the direction for our Claims Operations, making them more efficient,
compliant, and customer-friendly.You need to know a lot about claims, processes, regulation, corporate governance, product and process knowledge and have a high level of skill and ability in leading teams.
You will manage COE-like internal controls, checking closed files, reports, and training. We want someone who can bring in new ideas, collaborate and engage with multiple stakeholders across the company, including product, tech, legal and compliance, finance, audit, and senior management leadership, handle tech stuff, and get different teams working together.
