We are seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Inbound Sales and Backend Office Associate. In this role, you will be responsible for handling inbound sales inquiries, providing exceptional customer service, and supporting various administrative tasks in the backend office.

Work Timings: 9 am to 6 pm between Friday to Wednesday and weekly off on Thursday
Job Description: We are seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Inbound Sales and Backend Office Associate. In this role, you will be responsible for handling inbound sales inquiries, providing exceptional customer service, and supporting various administrative tasks in the backend office.
Responsibilities:
- Manage incoming sales inquiries via phone, email, and online chat, providing product information and assistance to customers.
- Process sales orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Assist with order fulfilment and inventory management tasks in the backend office, including packaging, shipping, and maintaining product inventory.
- Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and requests promptly and professionally, striving to exceed customer expectations.
- Collaborate with the sales team to identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling products to customers.
- Support the backend office operations by performing administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and maintaining records.
- Work closely with other team members to ensure smooth communication and efficient workflow between the sales and backend office departments.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in sales, customer service, or a related field is preferred.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a friendly and professional demeanour.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Proficiency in computer applications such as Microsoft Office and experience with CRM software is a plus.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and a passion for providing exceptional customer service.
