Job Synopsis:
Talent Acquisition Consultant at MSH Support Shared Services will play a major role in building world-class Technology Professionals for our Clients. He/ She will be hiring for our esteemed clients on Demand.
The main roles & responsibilities:
- You will be responsible for requirement gathering from the Vertical Head/ HR Manager to scale their existing team.
- Map through sourcing channels to identify the need and available pool in the market across MSH technology Stack and build the Talent Pipeline.
- Surfing & screening through the social channels to identify suitable candidates and evaluate their fitment across the open job roles.
- Collaborating with the Vertical Head and scheduling the shortlisted candidates with the Clients.
- Collaborating with your manager to deliver the assigned task and complete it on a timely basis.
- Flexibility to work on tight deadlines and come up with extraordinary research and development thought process to design the market branding strategy to sell Clients as a Brand to attract the pool.
- Overall responsibility for carrying out End to the End Recruitment process by maintaining Speed & Accuracy.
- Focused approach & Eye on Detail during the selection process to hire the best Talent.
- Perform different recruitment techniques for the successful closure of the open opportunity.
Qualification, Experience & Skill Set Required:
- Bachelor's degree or above from a commercial, business, or HR-related discipline.
- At least 3 to 4 years of progressive relevant experience in Recruitment Consulting Firms and worked for Client Hirings for both C2H & Permanent Staffing
- Mandatory experience in Sourcing through different methods and different channels or Social Platforms.
- Strong experience in the Selling Skills
- Strong written and verbal communications skills (English).
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite (Windows, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, MS Project, Outlook, SharePoint, etc.).
