With over 50 cafes in locations such as Supreme Court, Bengaluru, Mumbai, and Lucknow Airport, we have served over 10 million meals and beverages.Our programs include MITTI Caf, experiential training, MITTI Karuna Meals, and MITTI Good Gifts, impacting numerous lives and communities.
Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Skills Trainer at MITTI Caf in Bengaluru. The Trainer will be responsible for conducting training sessions to enhance presentation skills, life skills, communication, and soft skills development for adults with disabilities. The role involves facilitating experiential training and supporting individuals in their personal and professional growth along with :
- Overseeing the Training program implementation for all geographies
- Handling the overall mobilisation -managing and building a network of mobilisation managers and community mobilisers.
- Orientation of the training managers and conducting the TOT
- Controling the training roll-out for the different training batches and training locations
- Documentation related to candidates, training reports, assessments, placements etc
- Overseeing the placements for candidates within and outside MITTI Caf
- Post placement tracking through the team
- Donor interaction & relationship management
- Guest lectures, field trips, OJT co-ordination
- Creating & maintaining the training database
- Managing the reporing of the mobilisers, trainers, placement officers etc
- Creating opportunities for volunteering for donors/students
- Working on a LMS
- Relationship management with the Skill Councils and third party assessments
- Certificate distribution and alumni connect
- Mobilisation of candidates
- Preparing training plan
- Preparing OJT plan
- Individual need assessment
- Baseline Mid Line End Line
- Preparing assessments
- Training reports and documentation -photos, videos, assessments etc.
- Relationship with NGO/mobilising community/parents
- Working with the OJT partners
- Facilitating and creating schedule for guest lectures, field trip etc
- Placement preparation and resume building
- Training as per SOPs defining/re-defining
- Making PPT
- Courseware development
- Donor interactions
- Presentation Skills, Training & Development, and Life Skills training experience
- Strong Communication and Soft Skills
- Experience in working with individuals with disabilities
- Empathy, patience, and understanding towards diverse needs
- Ability to create inclusive and engaging learning environments
- Certification or degree in Special Education or related field is a plus
