We are seeking a dedicated and professional Female Receptionist to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our clients and visitors, providing exceptional customer service and support to ensure a welcoming and efficient office environment.

Responsibilities
  • Greet and welcome visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Answer phone calls, take messages, and redirect calls to appropriate personnel.
  • Manage and maintain the reception area, ensuring it is tidy and presentable.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
  • Schedule appointments and maintain the calendar for the office staff.
  • Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and document management.
  • Coordinate with other departments and provide support as needed.
  • Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive information.
Skills and Qualifications
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other relevant software.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Ability to handle difficult situations and maintain professionalism.
  • Basic knowledge of office procedures and practices.
  • Good interpersonal skills and a friendly demeanor.
  • Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.

Salary 20000 to 45000
