Position Overview:

Are you passionate about Yoga and Social Media Do you love experimenting with ideas, staying on top of Gen-Z trends, and creating content that sparks conversations

We're looking for a fun-loving, creative, and out-of-the-box thinker to join our team as a Social Media Marketing Executive!

This role is perfect for energetic folks who love building and scaling a digital Yoga community, are ready and eager to learn, love being in front of the camera, and can bring fresh energy to our digital presence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create engaging and relatable content for Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, and other social platforms.
• Bring fresh, innovative ideas to the table, without the fear of being bold or unconventional.
• Actively manage and grow online communities by responding to comments and messages to foster community engagement.
• Be camera-friendly and participate in video content, social experiments, and community-driven campaigns.
• Track performance metrics and generate reports to optimize content creation.
• Work closely with the team to brainstorm and execute campaigns that align with our brand.
• Collaborating with Yoga teachers for content and guiding them on how to shoot.
• Creating the weekly content calendar.
• Working with external agencies, editing blogs, and publishing them.
• Planning shoots for YouTube and Instagram- managing end-to-end shoots from logistics to content ideas.

Requirements:

• Passion for yoga, wellness, and social media.
• Active personal presence on social media with a mindful approach to content creation.
• Knowledge of current social media trends and best practices.
• Pop culture knowledge is a must-have.
• Creative mindset and the ability to think outside the box.
• Extremely camera-friendly and confident in speaking your mind.
• A knack for storytelling and understanding what resonates with audiences.
• Fun-loving, open to experimenting, and willing to learn and grow.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelors/Masters in Marketing/communications, or related field.
• 200 hr YTT certification OR a consistent self study and practice of Yoga is a MUST..
• 1-2 years of minimum experience managing social media for a service-based company.
• Experience working in a fast-paced startup environment is preferable.
• Basic familiarity with tools like Canva or simple video editing apps is a plus.
• Interest in marketing trends and a willingness to explore them further.
