  • Answer and redirect incoming phone calls

  • Manage and distribute incoming and outgoing mail and packages
  • Assist in coordinating meetings and appointments
  • Maintain a tidy and presentable reception area
  • Handle any customer inquiries and resolve complaints
  • Maintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling access via the reception desk
  • Perform other clerical duties such as filing, photocopying, and organizing documents
