About the role:
Seeking a dynamic and driven Sales Manager for our business. The primary responsibility of this role is to expand our market presence by appointing new dealers and distributors while maintaining relationships and providing support to our existing network.
Key Responsibilities:
Find new business opportunities and customers.
Contact potential customers to showcase company products or services.
Develop relationships with existing customers and keep in touch with them.
Negotiate prices and terms with customers.
Achieve sales targets of the month.
Prepare sales contracts and keep track of sales activities.
Work with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction.
Groom and manage sales executives.
Prepare sales reports.
Qualification:
Graduate (MBA preferred).
3+ years of experience in sales.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
