Location: Pune, India

Role Description
  • Liquidity and Treasury Reporting and Analysis (LTRA) Analysis and Design is an integral part of the bank's liquidity reporting framework responsible for regulatory interpretation of liquidity legislation and requirements, analysis and control.
  • Liquidity Data Management Analyst is essential for ensuring the daily liquidity reporting activity is performed and completed timely thereby ensuring the timelines prescribed by multiple regulators are met and ensuring adherence to quality of report submitted.
  • The person ensures accurate and timely reporting of liquidity positions, risk management, and operational efficiency to meet both internal and external reporting obligations. Liquidity data management involves integrating data from multiple sources. The person is responsible for managing, reconciling, and ensuring the accuracy of the data, reducing the risk of errors and inconsistencies.

Your key responsibilities

We are recruiting for an experienced professional with Treasury, Risk or Finance experience to work within the Liquidity data management and Controls function. Core aspects of the role include:

Business Analysis:

  • Work with LTRA teams globally to gain a thorough understanding of business requirements and risk metrics (LCR, NSFR, ALMMM, Stress test)
  • Working with Technology to translate business requirements into functional outcomes
  • identifying control gaps & set up mitigating controls
  • Ad-hoc analysis as required.
  • Closely work with the LTRA Reporting teams to ensure that the data control framework and associated data governance is successfully set up for the new strategic processes
  • Monthly Liquidity Reconciliation.

Data Analysis:

  • Data attribute analysis in conjunction with central initiatives
  • Data feed reconciliation vs Books & Records to support data
  • Complying with RADAR governance
  • Working on measurement points for compliance

Testing:

  • Test Cases - monitoring creation and quality of test cases
  • Supporting UAT Testing
Your skills and experience
  • Strong analytical skills (including ability to manipulate large data sets)
  • Strong numerical mindset
  • Strong presentational skills - ability to present large amounts of information succinctly.
  • Inherent skills to detect issues with Audit mindset.
  • An education background in Finance or equivalent subject
  • Pro-active, motivated self-starter able to perform under pressure and tight deadlines.
  • Excellent communication skills and be comfortable interacting with both managers, stakeholders and peers.
  • Extensive experience in business / data analysis
  • Hands on experience in dealing Microsoft Office
  • Experience in working on data reconciliations and UAT testing would be advantageous.
  • Working background of Tableau and SQL would be advantageous
