Job Description

Operations Executive (Bus Bookings)

• Handle client inquiries related to bus bookings via phone, email, or online channels.
• Manage the end-to-end booking process, including confirming availability, scheduling, and coordinating with bus vendors.
• Oversee billing processes, ensuring that invoices are accurate and sent in a timely manner.
• Handle any changes, cancellations, or special requests from clients.
• Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction throughout the booking process.
• Ensure proper documentation is maintained for all bookings and payments.
• Track and manage schedules for buses to avoid overlaps or delays.
• Coordinate with the maintenance team to ensure all buses are properly inspected, serviced, and ready for travel before each booking.
• Maintain accurate data in the software.
• Any other task assigned by the reporting manager.

• Bachelor's degree in Travel Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in operations in the travel industry (Bus Bookings).
• Salary package upto 35k per month.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Experience with travel management systems and online booking platforms is a plus.
