We are seeking an experienced Assistant Manager Procurement to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the procurement process, negotiating contracts, and ensuring timely delivery of goods and services. The role requires a strong understanding of procurement processes and regulations in India.

• Develop and implement procurement strategies that are in line with company goals and objectives.
• Negotiate contracts with suppliers and vendors to ensure the best possible terms and pricing.
• Manage the procurement process from start to finish, including identifying potential suppliers, reviewing proposals, and selecting vendors.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure timely delivery of goods and services.
• Monitor supplier performance to ensure compliance with contract terms and conditions.
• Develop and maintain relationships with key suppliers and vendors.
• Maintain accurate records of procurement activities and ensure compliance with all applicable regulations and policies.

• Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering or MBA in supply chain
• 8-11 years of experience in procurement management in India.
• Excellent negotiation skills and the ability to develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and vendors.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to make data-driven decisions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of procurement regulations and policies in India.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and procurement software.
