Job Description
  • Manage and expand a portfolio of corporate partners, including TMCs, global and local corporates, and SMEs, with a focus on retention and revenue growth.
  • Build strong stakeholder relationships, negotiate promotional strategies, oversee daily operations, and analyse performance to identify growth opportunities.
  • Permanent role based in Bangalore

In your role as Key Account Manager - Corporate, you will oversee a portfolio of key corporate partners, including TMCs, global and local corporates, and SME accounts, with a focus on retention and growth. Responsibilities include managing relationships through face-to-face and phone interactions, delivering exceptional customer service, and negotiating promotional and distribution strategies.
The role also involves overseeing daily operations, performance reporting, and identifying growth opportunities. Collaboration with strategic account managers at headquarters is key to managing global contracts and leveraging regional and global initiatives.
Youll have
  • Minimum of 5 years of related sales and account management experience, preferably in the aviation industry
  • Tertiary qualification from a recognised university or institute.
  • Proven track record of successfully delivering revenue targets across multiple markets and business partners.
  • Experienced negotiator with a strong background in business development and partner collaboration.
  • Exceptional relationship management and communication skills across cultures with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Strategic and innovative thinker, able to challenge norms and drive new opportunities.
  • Self-motivated and autonomous, with a positive attitude and commitment to high-quality outcomes.
  • Strong financial acumen, including numeracy skills and the ability to analyse financial data.
  • High level of IT literacy, including proficiency in MS Office applications.
