Role Overview:We are seeking an experienced Relationship Manager to build and maintain strong, long

  • term relationships with clients.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for understanding clients' tax, financial, and investment needs, providing personalized advice, cross-selling tax services, loans, investments, insurance, and other banking products, and proactively seeking new business opportunities to achieve sales targets while ensuring high customer satisfaction and compliance with relevant regulations.As a trusted advisor, the Relationship Manager will be key in delivering tailored solutions and helping clients navigate their financial journey across multiple offerings.

Key Responsibilities:· Client Acquisition & Onboarding:o Identify potential clients in need of tax, loan, and insurance solutions.o Initiate contact, manage the onboarding process, and establish strong client relationships from the outset.· Relationship Management:o Engage regularly with clients to understand their evolving financial goals and proactively offer suitable products and services, including tax planning, loans, and insurance.o Be the first point of contact for all client queries, maintaining regular follow-ups to ensure satisfaction.· Needs Analysis:o Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients’ financial situations to understand their needs, and recommend customized tax, investment, and loan products tailored to their goals.· Cross-Selling & Upselling:o Identify opportunities to cross-sell products such as insurance, loans, and investment solutions to existing clients, increasing the overall value of the client relationship.· Sales Target Achievement:o Consistently meet or exceed assigned sales targets for new accounts, cross-selling, and revenue generation related to tax services, loans, and insurance products.· Client Retention & Growth:o Develop strategies for client retention by maintaining a high level of customer service and satisfaction.o Actively manage relationships to ensure long-term loyalty and reduce attrition.· Customer Service Excellence:o Provide exceptional customer service by promptly responding to client inquiries, resolving issues, and addressing concerns effectively.· Compliance & Regulatory Adherence:o Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, including Know Your Customer (KYC) requirements, and adhere to policies governing tax services, loan products, and insurance.· Market Intelligence:o Stay informed about industry trends, new products, regulatory changes, and market conditions to offer the most relevant and up-to-date advice to clients.

Desired Skills & Qualifications:· Excellent Communication Skills:o Strong verbal and listening skills to effectively communicate loan, tax, and insurance options to clients, and handle inquiries and objections.· Sales Acumen:o Proven track record of successful sales experience, particularly within the BFSI sector, ideally involving tax services, loans, and insurance.· Financial & Tax Knowledge:o Basic understanding of financial statements, tax regulations, loan structuring, and investment products.

Expertise in tax services and financial planning is a significant advantage.· Persuasive Negotiation Skills:o Ability to negotiate terms for loans, insurance policies, and tax services, and secure mutually beneficial agreements for clients.· Customer Service Focus:o Strong orientation towards delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring customer satisfaction.· Resilience & Persistence:o Ability to handle rejection, maintain a positive attitude, and continue pursuing new leads to meet sales goals.· CRM Proficiency:o Familiarity with CRM software to manage client interactions and sales activities effectively.· Qualifications:o BBA, MBA, or equivalent qualifications in finance, business administration, or related fields.

Experience Required:· Minimum 2 years of experience as a Relationship Manager in a bank, financial services company, or fintech company offering tax, loans, and insurance services.· Proven ability to meet sales targets in a competitive environment, preferably in the BFSI sector.
